" I reached out to Colonial Sprinkler regarding adding an additional zone to my existing sprinkler system, which they had not installed. They quickly came and Phil gave me a reasonable estimate, I gave them the job. Over the next few days, I reached out to Phil to schedule the work, as the new landscaping was still in progress. Once the landscape construction was complete, Colonial's crew was on site the very next workday to install the new zone of sprinkler heads. While the crew was here, I asked if they could replace over a dozen existing sprinkler heads which all had various problems. The crew was great and agreed to perform the additional work. Before they left, Alex walked me through the operation of the new controller that had been installed and made sure I understood it fully before leaving. The price I was charged for the additional/unplanned work I requested was fair and reasonable. I'm very happy with the work they performed, and everyone at Colonial was very professional and polite. I'd recommend them without hesitation".
